Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a hands-on Senior Director – Internal Audit, Data Science & AI to lead AI, ML, analytics, and automation initiatives within Internal Audit. You will personally contribute to AI model development and production deployment while guiding a small technical team.

The role combines technical leadership with coding expertise to improve audit efficiency, risk detection, and enterprise decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, data science, analytics, automation, or enterprise technology.
• 5+ years of technical team leadership experience.
• Proven experience delivering AI, analytics, or automation solutions into production.
• Experience in Internal Audit, risk, compliance, financial services, or a regulated industry.
• Hands-on coding and AI model development required.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI/ML, analytics, and automation initiatives across Internal Audit.
• Personally contribute to coding, AI model development, and production deployment.
• Drive AI strategy, product roadmaps, and scalable enterprise solutions.
• Partner with Technology and Data Science teams to develop reusable platforms, APIs, and data products.
• Implement solutions for anomaly detection, continuous monitoring, and automated audit evidence generation.
• Ensure responsible AI practices, data governance, model risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and mentor a small technical team while remaining hands-on in technical work.
• Collaborate with executives and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.
