Job summary

Leidos in the Virginia/Maryland area seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead a Cost-Plus Award Fee contract for a high-visibility Intelligence Community customer. The PM will coordinate with government stakeholders, program leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure mission success.

Requirements include 15+ years in program management at similar scale, active TS/SCI with polygraph, and IC experience, with strong cost, risk, and schedule reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• 15+ years in program/project management with large-scale IC programs.
• Experience supporting ODNI/DNI or similar government customers.
• PMI PMP certification and/or advanced degrees are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all contract activities impacting government requirements.
• Allocate and manage program resources, staffing, budgets, and training.
• Review ETC/BOEs and financial reports per contract requirements.
• Monitor risk and mitigation plans and report to the COTR.
• Present PMRs and ensure compliance with regulatory and contract controls.
