Responsibilities

• Serves as Assistant Deputy Director for Integration and Product Strategy, develops the technical and system modernization strategy for the Medicaid Enterprise System (MES).
• Serves as full line supervisor.
• Manages and provides oversight of technical vendors and vendor contracts, and project management staff to improve vendor coordination and operations within MES.
• Develops and establishes recommendations for product enhancements and new capabilities based on agency needs.
• Confers with operations staff, bureau chiefs and section supervisors to ensure alignment between technical and business needs.
• Performs other duties as required within the scope of duties enumerated above.
