Job Description

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Strong attention to detail and prompt follow-up
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously according to schedules and budgets
• Ability to respond to common inquiries, complaints, or service requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated working knowledge of IT Systems, web applications, and system hardware

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,Computer Engineering, or related field
• Five to ten years of work experience in information technology or related field
• Experience in a gaming or hospitality setting preferred
• Must obtain a valid gaming license, where applicable

SALARY RANGE

$80,000 - $115,000
