Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director to lead data management, analytics, reporting, and automation for the Indirect Spend Management business.

You will own strategy and operating models for data acquisition, structure, governance, normalization, and actionable insights across consulting teams and Vizient’s healthcare members. You will build and lead data and analytics teams, set governance and quality standards, and drive AI-enabled automation to enhance delivery, client proposals, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in data analytics, computer science, information systems, or related field.
Experience leading data and analytics across multiple teams or functions.
Expertise in database management, data structures, modeling, integration, governance, and quality.

Responsibilities

Establishes and executes the data and analytics strategy for the Indirect Spend business.
Owns the data lifecycle from acquisition to delivery and analysis.
Provides strategic oversight of databases, data models, and analytical datasets.
Establishes and enforces data governance, quality, ownership, and lineage standards.
Evaluates and applies AI, ML, generative AI, and automation to improve data management and insights.
Leads scalable operating models for analytics requests, reporting, and production support.
Partners with leaders to ensure outputs are accurate, actionable, and reusable in client engagements.
