Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading data and analytics across multiple teams.
• Expertise in database management, data modeling, data integration, governance, and data quality management.
• Experience designing automated analytics, reporting, dashboards, or decision-support tools.
• Practical experience applying AI, machine learning, generative AI, or intelligent automation to business processes.
• Experience managing, developing, and scaling teams of data, analytics, or technology professionals.
• Strong understanding of SQL, BI platforms, data visualization, and analytical workflow design; Power BI experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, health systems, healthcare technology, supply chain, procurement, finance, benchmarking, or consulting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead data and analytics strategy for the Indirect Spend business.
• Oversee data lifecycle from acquisition to delivery.
• Provide governance, quality, lineage, and issue resolution.
• Develop dashboards, recurring reports, and performance measures.
• Apply AI and automation to improve data management and insights.
• Support client engagements with analytics outputs.
