Responsibilities

• Establish and own IAM vision, strategy, roadmap, and org.
• Implement core IAM capabilities: SSO, MFA, CIAM, secrets, PAM.
• Design tailored identity solutions for complex deployments.
• Oversee identity governance and noncompliance remediation.
• Develop metrics and executive reporting (KPIs/OKRs) for IAM.
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, and business teams on regulatory alignment.
