Job summary

Applied Materials is seeking a senior leader to own ICAPS strategy and drive regional success across AGS markets. You will align product development with customer roadmaps, manage SAM/SOM projections, and collaborate with marketing and sales to position service offerings.

This role requires strong data-driven decision making and coordination across multiple teams, with travel to client sites. Ideal candidates have extensive leadership experience in a semiconductor or materials engineering

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience with 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Familiar with segment ecosystem and key customer decision processes.
• Ability to make data-driven, high-pressure decisions to drive regional objectives.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and coordinate ICAPS strategy to achieve service market share and margin targets.
• Align sPDP priorities with customer roadmaps and challenges.
• Ensure accurate sPDP SAM/SOM based on installed base and roadmaps.
• Position sPDP relative to customer/competitive landscape and drive campaigns.
• Contribute to competitive analyses and support regional BD teams.
