Job summary

Enterprise Management Solutions, LLC is hiring a Chief Human Resources Officer to lead HR strategy across all affiliated companies. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, compliance, and culture while aligning HR with growth and regulatory changes.

This full-time role reports to the CEO, with responsibilities spanning HRIS implementation, policy development, and workforce planning. Travel up to 10% and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Public Admin, or related field.
Deep knowledge of HR laws, policies, and procedures.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Experience building HR teams and designing HR infrastructure.
HRIS, Microsoft 365, and compliance platforms proficiency.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead enterprise-wide HR strategies, policies, and systems.
Oversee full employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, retention, separation).
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (EEOC, FLSA, FMLA, ADA).
Lead administration of benefits and wellness programs.
Develop HRIS systems and digital personnel files.
Build performance management frameworks and documentation.
Maintain HR handbooks, policies, and procedures.
Partner with leadership on organizational design and staffing strategy.
Lead HR audits, grievances, and employee relations.
Drive engagement initiatives and HR metrics reporting.
