Job summary

Morrison Healthcare in Lakeland, FL is seeking a Senior Director of Dining Services to provide strategic leadership for healthcare food service operations. You will manage and develop a team, drive client relationships, and ensure profitability of the account within the site’s dining program.

Relocation assistance is available. The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and a deep knowledge of foodservice trends for patient and staff dining.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of additional experience.
• Minimum of five years of proven leadership expertise.
• Two to four years of direct foodservice operational management experience with inventory & purchasing knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of food and catering trends with focus on quality and cost controls.
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience desirable.
• ServSafe certification a plus.
• Forward thinking, proactive and the face of the company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day dining services operations within the approved budget.
• Ensure high-quality food offerings and superior guest experience.
• Direct safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs.
• Maintain strong client relationships and drive account profitability.
• Lead and develop the dining services team.
• Collaborate with facility operations to align dining with overall plan.
