Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Minimum of five years of proven leadership expertise.
• Two to four years of direct foodservice operational management experience with inventory & purchasing knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of food trends, quality, sanitation, cost controls, and presentation.
• P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience desirable.
• ServSafe certification a plus.
• Must be forward thinking, proactive and the face of the company.

Responsibilities

• Operate the department within the approved budget, providing the client with maximum value.
• Ensure the food offered is of superior quality.
• Direct safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs.
• Maintain excellent relationships with guests and clients and other departments.
