Lilly’s LV Tech group seeks a Senior Director to execute the strategy for sourcing novel software and services businesses, leading due diligence, and closing transactions. You will build and nurture external partnerships to gain insights and drive value across portfolios.

The role demands creativity, strong business acumen, and exceptional organizational skills to optimize investment processes and outcomes in healthcare and life sciences.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years of venture capital experience in healthcare or life sciences is required.
• Graduate degree (JD, MBA, PhD) preferred for enhanced qualifications.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to the LV Tech group culture with collaboration and inclusion.
• Identify and evaluate direct equity investments in early-stage life sciences software and services.
• Foster external strategic relationships with startups, VCs, and corporate venture funds.
