Job summary

Huron Consulting Group Inc. seeks a Senior Director of Healthcare Technology with deep MEDITECH experience to lead large-scale implementations and transformations.

You will partner with executive leadership, manage multi-workstream programs, and drive adoption of technology-enabled improvements across clinical and revenue-cycle functions. This role requires 75% travel, US work authorization, and a track record of delivering measurable outcomes for health systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare technology consulting or equivalent.
• 5+ years MEDITECH experience in hospitals or healthcare systems.
• Proven success leading enterprise MEDITECH implementations or transformations.
• Experience managing multi-workstream programs and engaging C-suite.
• Understanding of clinical workflows, revenue cycle, and healthcare tech ecosystems.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• US work authorization.
• 75% travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive delivery of MEDITECH implementations, migrations, upgrades, and optimization.
• Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and guide transformation.
• Lead program planning, governance, risk, staffing, and multi-workstream execution.
• Provide SME on MEDITECH apps, workflows, integrations, and best practices.
• Coach teams and foster a high-performing, client-focused environment.
• Partner with client leadership to drive tech-enabled improvements.
• Contribute to sales pursuits, solution development, and capability-building.
• Leverage relationships to identify new opportunities and expand partnerships.
