Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Director to lead large-scale MEDITECH engagements, migrations, and optimization programs within a healthcare context.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to client executives, drive successful project outcomes, and contribute to business development activities. The role requires 10+ years in healthcare technology and 5+ years MEDITECH experience, with 75% travel to client sites and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare technology consulting, program leadership or healthcare IT.
• 5+ years MEDITECH experience providing MEDITECH consulting in hospitals and healthcare systems.
• Led enterprise MEDITECH implementations, Expanse migrations, optimization initiatives or large-scale transformations.
• Managed complex, multi-workstream programs and relationships with executive/C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, revenue cycle processes, and healthcare tech ecosystems.
• Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders and drive organizational change.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Current U.S. work authorization.
• 75% travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead program planning, governance, risk management, staffing, and execution across multiple workstreams with alignment to client objectives.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, advising on MEDITECH and healthcare technology transformation.
• Provide subject matter expertise related to MEDITECH applications, workflows, system integration, and implementation methodologies.
• Direct, coach, and develop project teams in a high-performing, accountable environment.
• Partner with client leadership to address challenges and drive technology-enabled improvements across clinical, operational, and revenue cycle areas.
• Contribute to practice growth through sales pursuits, solution development, and capability building.
• Leverage industry relationships to identify new opportunities and represent Huron as a trusted advisor.
