Job summary

Huron Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Director to lead complex MEDITECH engagements, focusing on delivery, strategy, and client partnership across the healthcare ecosystem.

You will guide executives, manage multi-workstream programs, and champion digital transformations that improve clinical and financial outcomes. The role requires deep healthcare IT expertise, strong leadership, and travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare technology consulting, program leadership, or healthcare IT experience.
• Experience leading enterprise MEDITECH implementations, Expanse migrations, optimization initiatives, or large-scale transformations.
• Strong ability to manage complex, multi-workstream programs and build relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, revenue cycle processes, and healthcare technology ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as executive leader accountable for successful delivery of large-scale MEDITECH engagements and optimize project outcomes.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with executives, guiding MEDITECH strategy and governance.
• Lead program planning, governance, risk management, staffing, and execution across multiple workstreams.
• Provide subject matter expertise on MEDITECH applications, workflows, and integration best practices.
• Direct and develop project teams, fostering a high-performing, client-service oriented environment.
• Collaborate with client leadership to address challenges and drive technology-enabled improvements across functions.
• Contribute to practice growth through sales support, solution development, and capability-building initiatives.
• Leverage industry relationships to identify opportunities and represent Huron as a trusted advisor.
