Job summary

Innosight, a global strategy firm, seeks a Senior Director for Healthcare Provider Strategy & Innovation to lead transformative engagements with leading healthcare organizations in the United States. You will originate and drive growth initiatives, advise C-suite and boards, and shape long-term enterprise strategy across provider networks.

You will build enduring client relationships, mentor consulting teams, and collaborate across Innosight and Huron to deliver integrated solutions.

Qualifications

• Management consulting experience with healthcare providers.
• 10+ years in healthcare provider strategy initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of hospitals, health systems and related providers.
• Strong business development and senior client relationships.
• Credible executive advisory experience with C-suite and boards.
• Proven leadership of complex, multi-workstream engagements.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and communication skills.
• Talent development and inclusive leadership.
• Willingness to travel; based in the contiguous United States.

Responsibilities

• Advise CEOs, executives, and boards on strategic priorities.
• Lead enterprise strategy engagements across multiple workstreams.
• Drive new engagements, manage pipelines, and expand relationships.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships and cultivate long-term partnerships.
• Shape innovative growth strategies and evaluate new business models.
• Provide strategic and intellectual leadership for complex problems.
• Ensure engagement excellence, delivery quality, and project economics.
• Represent Innosight with thought leadership and market presence.
• Develop and inspire consulting talent within teams.
• Collaborate across Innosight and Huron to create integrated growth opportunities.
