This role collaborates with hospital and corporate teams to optimize contracts and negotiate favorable terms.

You will model total cost of ownership, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive supplier performance across locations, with emphasis on orthopedic and spine categories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or healthcare administration.
• 10+ years of healthcare supply chain, strategic sourcing, or contract management.
• Experience with orthopedic or surgical implant categories preferred.
• Strong negotiation, analytics, and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end contract lifecycle for implants, biologics, and equipment.
• Negotiate pricing, rebates, and service agreements with manufacturers and distributors.
• Lead RFPs and competitive bid processes for capital equipment.
• Monitor compliance, pricing accuracy, and savings realization.
• Partner with hospital and corporate teams to drive standardization and volume leverage.
