Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking a Director/Senior Director to lead IT M&A integration across healthcare and related industries. You will own end-to-end delivery, advise C‑level clients, and shape governance and delivery standards while building repeatable delivery models.

The role combines strategic deal work with hands-on execution, partnering with CIOs/CTOs and practice leaders to realize value from complex integrations and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience valued.
• 12+ years of consulting experience in digital transformation or IT integration.
• Direct M&A IT integration leadership with delivery accountability.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end IT M&A integration across mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, and separations.
• Provide CIO/CTO-level advisory and active delivery leadership.
• Define governance, playbooks, templates, and delivery standards.
• Partner with client leaders and Huron practice teams to drive outcomes.
