Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Director to lead IT M&A Integration and Digital Transformation for healthcare providers.

You will oversee end-to-end IT integration across mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, and post-close activities, partnering with CIOs/CTOs and cross-functional teams to drive value realization. In the digital context, you will guide IT strategy, modernization of EHR/ERP, and analytics initiatives, ensuring governance, risk management, and scalable delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree valued.
• 12+ years of consulting experience in digital transformation and/or IT integration, with significant Big 4/top-tier experience.
• Direct IT integration leadership for M&A with accountability for delivery outcomes.
• Digital transformation projects involving EHR, ERP, AI, telehealth, and data analytics.
• Deep understanding of healthcare provider operations, clinical workflows.
• Willingness to travel, typically Monday–Thursday.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end IT integration across mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, and separations, from due diligence to value realization.
• Serve as primary IT integration lead on complex, high-stakes transactions balancing speed, risk, and disciplined execution.
• Lead IT due diligence with cross‑functional workstreams, translating findings into actionable scope, cost, risk and timing.
• Lead IT carve-outs and separations across applications, infrastructure, data, security, and access management.
• Own IT TSA strategy, execution, and exit planning.
• Provide CIO/CTO‑level advisory while remaining engaged in delivery decisions.
• Lead client work across IT strategy, digital roadmaps, and modernization in healthcare.
