Communitycare is seeking a Director of Product to scale product management across core health plan value streams. You will oversee strategy, strengthen Product Owner capabilities, and ensure investments tie to business, regulatory, member, provider, and operational outcomes.

You will lead standards, mentor Product Owners, and drive disciplined delivery while collaborating with data teams to turn analytics into actionable product decisions. This is a senior, on-site role in Tulsa, OK.

Qualifikationen

• Product-led experience with ownership of outcomes, roadmaps and discovery.
• Healthcare payer product management experience.
• Familiar with payer systems (QNXT, Amisys) and regulatory requirements.
• Able to coach Product Owners and scale practices across teams.
• SAFe or equivalent agile delivery experience.

Aufgaben

• Oversee Product Owner community and establish product management standards across value streams.
• Align objectives with member/provider needs, regulatory requirements, and technology execution.
• Scale product operating models and strengthen backlog management and roadmap discipline.
• Coach Product Owners in discovery, backlog prioritization, stakeholder engagement, and outcome-driven decisions.
• Oversee strategy and prioritization across eligibility, claims, enrollment, care management, and CMS requirements.
• Communicate portfolio status and delivery risks to IT and business leadership.
• Partner with Data to build data products and connect analytics to business outcomes.
