Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, health care administration, clinical discipline, finance, or related field.
• 6 years of experience in product management, health plan operations, healthcare, insurance, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own the Care Management product strategy and roadmap aligning to outcomes and enterprise goals.
• Lead and develop Product Owners and team members with clear accountability.
• Translate care-management needs into capabilities, requirements, and executable work.
• Oversee changes to support evolving Care Management capabilities.
• Drive end-to-end readiness for new capabilities including testing and rollout.
