Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned analytics leader to own reporting, analytics, and insights for the Revenue organization. You will shape AI strategy, set quality standards, and govern definitions to ensure consistency across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in analytics, data, or revenue operations with leadership.
• Experience leading teams and managers across functions.
• Experience using AI/automation in analytics or reporting.
• Proven track record scaling analytics in a large company.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional influence with stakeholders.
• Hands-on SQL/BigQuery and familiarity with Salesforce as data sources.
• Experience with Anaplan and BI tools Looker/Tableau.
• Ability to translate analysis into executive recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team delivering analytics and insights for Revenue.
• Define where AI and automation fit in analytics and reporting.
• Set quality bar for AI-generated analysis and implement reviews.
• Build data and metric standards for Sales, Marketing, and CS.
• Own governance to keep definitions consistent as data sources change.
• Decide metrics the business runs on and ensure correct implementation.
• Set direction for the go-to-market data model and review outputs.
• Act as analytics expert in internal and external discussions.
• Expand self-serve analytics across Revenue.
• Hire, develop, and grow managers and senior ICs.
• Track new analytics and AI tools and assess adoption.
