Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or similar concentration.
• Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in government contracting as a contracts manager.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in international government contracting is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee USG contract lifecycle from proposals to closeout.
• Provide contract and regulatory reviews for FAR/DFARS/GSAR and EOs.
• Lead contract negotiations and responses to solicitations.
• Manage contracts team and provide staff mentorship.
• Ensure cybersecurity compliance with IT security team.
• Develop and deliver USG contracts compliance training.
• Manage SAM registration and FSS contracts.
• Advise executives on contractual risk and performance.
• Engage with government contracting personnel to resolve invoicing.
