As the Senior Director of Contracts/Controller you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end proposal process including cost volume preparation, leading contract negotiation, contract administration and cost reporting, establishing government rate structures, cost pools, and leading the establishment of government accounting policies, processes, and structures. This includes activities to provide and ensure proper contract execution and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements and customer specifications. You will support government contracts, financial reporting, legal and regulatory compliance, and be integral to program success and new growth opportunities. As part of a small, well-supported team, you will have access to the resources you need to get the job done right while simultaneously boosting your skills at a pace that can’t be matched in most other roles. You must be ready to stay focused, move fast, self-direct, and learn on the fly.
