Job summary

The Pasha Group seeks a Senior Director of Shared Services to lead a global service transformation, driving cost optimization and AI-enabled operations across international logistics. You will build scalable, customer-centric service delivery and partner with Finance, Operations, and senior leadership to deliver measurable value.

The role requires strategic leadership, experience in multi-location shared services, and a track record of delivering cost savings while maintaining high service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in International Logistics Shared Services or multi-function Operations management.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives, including cost optimization and operating model redesign.
• Experience designing and managing flexible, multi-channel service delivery models across global operations.
• Strong knowledge of multi-modal freight operations.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-year cost optimization roadmaps across Shared Services locations.
• Identify opportunities to improve cost-to-serve and enterprise value.
• Partner with Finance to establish ROI tracking, budget visibility, financial transparency, and accountability for transformation initiatives.
• Monitor and improve service delivery across locations and channels.
• Embed AI tools and automation into daily operations.
• Develop scalable workforce and capacity models across service locations.
• Lead distributed teams with accountability across sites.
• Drive KPI discipline focusing on cost savings, SLA adherence, productivity, throughput, and speed-to-resolution.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to translate priorities into measurable outcomes.
