This role owns program management for our lead asset LIFE-001 and relevant follow-ons, driving timely execution of our global development and commercialization strategy. Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in management.
• Broad understanding of project and portfolio management, business analysis, strategic planning, and budgeting.
• Proven cross-functional team leadership with a track record of results.
• Pharmaceutical drug discovery and development experience across multiple functions.
• Excellent written and oral communication, including presentations.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and strategic project management leadership to cross-functional teams developing LIFE-001 and follow-ons.
• Ensure integrated program plans with progress, timelines, risks, and mitigations communicated to senior leaders.
• Identify barriers to strategic goals and help teams develop solutions.
• Advise leaders on opportunities to enhance commercialization of LIFE-001 and follow-ons.
• Help teams resolve issues and make cross-functional decisions.
• Hire, develop, and manage talent to build PM capabilities as the company grows.
