Responsibilities

• Provide strategic operational leadership over the Program Management Leaders (PML) and the DAS Delivery Team within the Deliverly Unit.
• Lead strategy and execution planning for finance milestones and CDP alignment to optimize portfolio value.
• Drive excellence, efficiency and consistency across project management teams and foster cross-functional collaboration with DS/TA/Finance/Regulatory.
• Ensure PML capabilities meet industry standards and are effectively deployed within the DU and DAS portfolios.
• Coordinate with DU/DAS/ED leaders and contribute to the annual portfolio or progress reports.
