The role drives cross-functional collaboration with US and global teams, overseeing evidence generation and scientific communication for assets worldwide.

The candidate will spearhead data planning, manuscript development, and strategic publication efforts while ensuring regulatory input and SOP compliance across regions.

Qualifications

• MD, PhD or PharmD with exceptional leadership experience in the Medical Affairs area.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Medical Affairs.
• 5-7 years of supervisory experience leading teams.
• Experience launching new medicines, preferably in rare disease.
• Extensive understanding of products, development, commercialization and industry.
• Proven track record of building and guiding high-performing teams.
• Strong statistical knowledge and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to influence in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive launch strategy and launch preparation activities for medical affairs deliverables.
• Oversee global medical affairs planning with cross-functional teams.
• Develop strategic vision for assigned assets and data plans.
• Lead data generation plans and global evidence review processes.
• Oversee content development and publication plans.
• Coordinate product data dissemination across regions.
• Develop manuscripts, presentations, and abstracts.
• Engage with experts to gather feedback on clinical data.
• Contribute to regulatory documents and SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and SOPs.
