BioAge Labs is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company harnessing aging biology to develop metabolic therapies. This fully remote Director/Senior Director role leads end-to-end clinical supply for global studies and partners with CMC, Clinical Operations, and external providers.

We seek a seasoned leader with 12+ years in biotech/pharma supply, strong cross-functional influence, and proven ability to optimize IRT/RTSM and ERP systems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Business, or related field.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, Pharm.D., or Ph.D.) preferred.
• 12+ years of progressively responsible experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology clinical supply chain.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in biotech or pharmaceutical setting.
• Experience with Phase 1 through Phase 3, including global clinical trials.
• Experience with internal manufacturing and CDMOs.
• Experience implementing or optimizing clinical supply systems (IRT/RTSM, ERP, inventory planning).
• Clinical-stage biotech company experience highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead the clinical supply strategy for global trials.
• Own end-to-end planning, forecasting, inventory, labeling, packaging, distribution and returns.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations to align supply with enrollment forecasts.
• Integrate supply activities into cross-functional plans with Program Management.
• Lead cross-functional planning with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and partners.
• Manage external vendors including depots, labeling orgs, IRT providers, and logistics.
• Develop supply plans to minimize waste and expiry risk.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, GDP, and company quality systems.
• Establish KPIs for supply ops and vendor performance.
• Provide executive updates on readiness, risks, and mitigation.
