Qualifications

• Clinician (M.D. or D.O.) with a specialty in psychiatry or neurology and prior management experience preferred.
• 1–3 years of pharmaceutical or academic translational research experience for Associate Director; 3–6 for Director.
• Complete understanding of global regulatory requirements and experience in successful regulatory filings.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee clinical research programs for OPDC products.
• Consult with patients and leaders to optimize trial objectives.
• Lead and support regulatory filing activities.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience leading and managing teams

Advanced understanding of drug development

Working knowledge of biostatistics

Flexibility across therapeutic areas

Education

M.D. or D.O. with a specialty in psychiatry or neurology
