Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 15+ years in marketing, omnichannel, or activation within pharma/biotech domains.
• Experience leading teams of Directors or equivalent roles.

Responsibilities

• Translate franchise priorities into activation roadmaps and programs.
• Lead a team of Activation Leads and Global Marketing Enablement Lead.
• Develop and codify marketing standards, playbooks, and tools for scalable execution.
• Partner with CX Operations and Franchise heads to drive adoption and impact.
