Job summary

Gridware in San Francisco seeks a Sr. Director of Full Stack Product to own the direction of our platform across hardware, software, and field operations.

You will partner with cross-functional leaders and report to the COO/CPO, leading a team of ~10 while expanding high-value product initiatives. You will champion customer understanding, set prioritization rituals, and drive product operations that scale with Gridware's growth in the utility sector.

Qualifications

• Ten years in PM roles with at least five years in leadership of teams and managers.
• Platform-level and/or full-stack product launch experience.
• Customer fluency in complex operational domains such as utilities or infrastructure.
• Structured prioritization with trade-off frameworks for long-term strategy.
• Strong cross-functional executive communication and alignment skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing full-stack product team and mentor its growth.
• Anchor customer understanding to shape prioritization and go-to-market decisions.
• Drive disciplined prioritization with clear criteria for impact, feasibility, revenue, and regulatory fit.
• Set the standard for product operations and institutionalize product thinking across the org.
• Support and unify product marketing efforts to drive adoption and commercialization.
• Incorporate new ideas from R&D/Innovation into durable, market-ready products.
