Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
• At least 7 years of people management experience

• At least 9 years of experience in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• At least 9 years of experience in data architecture
• Master’s degree in CS or Software Engineering (preferred)
• 12+ years in software engineering and solution architecture (preferred)
• 12+ years in enterprise architecture and design patterns (preferred)
• 12+ years in web technologies (JS/TS) (preferred)
• 12+ years in distributed HPC and ML systems (preferred)
• 12+ years in cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP) (preferred)
• 12+ years in data architecture (preferred)
• 12+ years in languages like Go, Java, JS/TS, Python, Rust, C#, Scala (preferred)
• 10+ years in DBs and DBMS (preferred)
• 12+ years full lifecycle SDLC (preferred)
• 7+ years cross-domain architectural reviews or coding standards (preferred)
• Expertise in agentic AI tooling for development challenges (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple teams of product-focused software engineers
• Shape long-term technical strategy and architecture standards for enterprise platforms
• Partner with senior engineering and business leaders to align roadmaps with scalable technology capabilities
• Drive talent strategy, ensuring succession planning and skill development
• Mentor and guide the professional and technical development of engineers
• Work with product managers to understand application capabilities and testing scenarios
• Continuously improve software engineering practices
• Lead deployment of applications into AWS environments
• Ensure availability, resilience, and scalability of solutions
• Encourage innovation and inclusion across teams
• Improve velocity across the organization
