Qualifications

• 8+ years of public relations experience with 3–5 years in director or senior leadership role at a PR agency.
• Experience developing and executing PR strategies for B2B technology, frontier tech sectors (AI, quantum computing, biotech, robotics).
• Proven track record managing high-stakes communications including funding announcements, crisis situations, and strategic pivots.
• Established network of senior-level media relationships across technology, business, and trade publications.
• Evidence of leading and developing PR teams with mentorship and people management skills.
• Exceptional strategic thinking translating business goals into communications strategies.
• Outstanding writing and communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience advising C-level executives and boards on communications strategy.
• Strong understanding of startup ecosystem, funding landscape, and venture capital dynamics.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and stakeholders while maintaining strategic oversight.
• Track record contributing to new business development and agency growth.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior PR lead on client accounts with strategic counsel to C-suite founders.

• Lead new business development including pitches, proposals, and client presentations.
• Mentor PR talent and foster strategic thinking culture.
• Monitor industry trends and advise on opportunities and risks.
