HAUS is seeking an experienced PR professional to execute day-to-day activities for early-stage and growth-stage client accounts. You will lead proactive media outreach, craft press releases and pitches, and build targeted media lists.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of public relations experience at a PR agency.
• Experience with B2B technology startups, especially in deep tech or frontier technology sectors.
• Strong media relations skills with growing network of technology and business media contacts.
• Proven ability to secure media placements through proactive pitching.
• Excellent writing skills with experience drafting press releases, pitches, and thought leadership content.
• Understanding of startup communications including funding announcements, product launches, and company milestones.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible narratives.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Experience mentoring or training junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day PR activities for client accounts under guidance.
• Lead proactive media outreach, securing coverage in technology and business publications.
• Draft press releases, media pitches, bylined articles, blog posts, and other PR materials.
• Research and develop targeted media lists identifying right journalists/outlets.
• Monitor news cycles and industry trends to identify pitching opportunities.
• Coordinate media interviews and briefings, preparing talking points for executives.
• Track and report on media coverage and provide insights to improve results.
• Mentor and guide PR Account Executives and Coordinators.
• Maintain media databases and contact systems with up-to-date info.
• Collaborate across accounts to share insights and best practices.
