Job summary

The ideal candidate will possess over 12 years of finance experience, including FP&A leadership, and will be responsible for developing financial strategies, building a high-performing FP&A team, and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive profitability and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive finance experience, including significant FP&A leadership.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing finance and cost accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, strategic planning, and rolling forecast processes.
• Partner with leadership to develop financial strategies.
• Provide financial guidance for investments and acquisitions.
