MBP LTD is seeking a Director/Managing Director/Senior Managing Director for its Forensic Accounting & Damages practice. The role requires 10+ years in forensic accounting, economic damages, and claims consulting. Lead complex engagements, mentor staff, and drive business growth. Final title and compensation align with leadership track record.

The position focuses on client relations, expert reporting, and origination to build a strong practice footprint with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related analytical field is required.
• Master's degree (MBA or MAcc) and CPA or CFE are highly preferred.
• Testimony experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• People management & leadership: mentor and supervise junior/mid-level consultants; manage resource allocation and professional development.
• Client relationship management: act as primary point of contact for legal counsel and clients; manage expectations and provide project updates.
• Expert reporting & testimony: draft expert reports, rebuttals, and visual exhibits for court/arbitration; may provide expert testimony.
• Business development & origination: grow the firm by leveraging your network; identify opportunities and maintain a billable pipeline.
