Job summary

ARS Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Director / Executive Director of Forecasting & Commercial Assessments to own neffy’s corporate forecast and lead market analytics. You will partner with the CCO and executive team to turn data into a clear business narrative for the Board and investors.

You will shape demand planning, pricing assumptions, and pipeline assessments, collaborating across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Market Access in a fast-paced biotech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 15+ years of related experience, with 8+ years in Life Sciences.
• Experience in forecasting/analytics, pricing, market research or strategic marketing.
• Ability to present complex data to executives and the Board.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Own the corporate demand forecast for neffy and the operating plan.
• Provide forecast foundation for quota setting and territory planning.
• Track performance and lead variance analysis with leading indicators.
• Assist with pipeline opportunities and BD targets including pricing and access.
• Lead Market Insights and Competitive Intelligence function.
• Ensure primary research informs forecast assumptions and decisions.
• Oversee competitive monitoring, scenario planning and war‑gaming.
