Qualifications

• CPA credential and 10+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience preparing audited US GAAP financial statements.
• Strong technical accounting background (ASC 810, financial instruments, leases, share-based compensation).
• Consolidation experience for complex organizational structures.
• ERP experience (NetSuite) and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual US GAAP financial statements and footnotes.
• Lead financial close and consolidation processes.
• Develop technical accounting memos and implement accounting policies.
• Coordinate day-to-day external audits and fund reporting.
• Collaborate with Legal, Business Development, R&D and Clinical Operations to reflect contracts in accounting.
• Build scalable reporting resources as the company grows.
