Concentra, Inc. in Addison, TX is seeking a Director of Corporate Accounting to lead finance reporting for corporate and support functions. You will oversee month-end close, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring strong internal controls and GAAP compliance.

The role requires 7+ years of accounting experience, CPA license, and experience with Oracle and Hyperion. You will coach a team and drive process improvements, automation, and timely financial analyses for executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college or university.
• Active CPA license required.
• 7+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or related roles with increasing responsibility.
• Big 4 public accounting experience is a plus.
• Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, and AMT/MRI Lease software strongly preferred.
• System implementation experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting and reporting for corporate departments and related functions.
• Oversee month-end close, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and maintain internal controls.
• Analyze complex transactions including leases, debt, and equity entries.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and trend analysis for program value.
• Prepare routine and ad hoc financial analyses for leadership.
• Develop, document, test, and improve SOPs and processes.
• Evaluate and ensure execution of internal controls over financial reporting.
