Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Active CPA certification mandatory; 12+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• Deep mastery of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements; experience with large-scale or public companies.

Responsibilities

• Own external and internal financial reporting, technical accounting, and the corporate close.
• Lead annual and interim audits, regulatory audits, and compliance with Money Transfer License requirements.
• Direct the evolution of financial systems and ERP architecture to enable audit-ready reporting.
• Provide strategic leadership to the accounting organization and collaborate with executives.
