Job Purpose and Impact

The Senior Director, Facility Manager will provide strategic operational oversight for complex production and operating processes at our corn milling plant in Dayton, OH. You will lead a team to ensure safety, quality, operational effectiveness, and financial performance.

Key Accountabilities

1. Develop strategic plans for wet corn milling production to ensure safe, compliant operations.
2. Lead capital investment projects and manage related budgets.
3. Implement operational efficiency programs across multiple production lines and geographies.
4. Foster a culture of operational safety, soundness, and efficiency.
5. Provide leadership and talent development for your team, including resource planning, hiring, performance management, training, and budgeting.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience managing budgets and operational planning.
• At least eight years of related work experience, with five years in supervisory roles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a wet corn milling environment.

Position Details

• Location: Dayton, OH
• Weekend and on-call work may be required.
