Qualifications

Advanced degree in Life Sciences or related field with substantial research/industry experience.
Proven ability to translate external insights into R&D strategy and portfolio decisions.
Experience building and managing external scientific partnerships and advisory boards.

Responsibilities

Lead External Scientific Expert Panels, academic partnerships, and advisory engagements.
Oversee congress strategy for Tier 1 and Tier 2 meetings (e.g., ASH, ASCO, EHA, ESMO).
Coordinate cross-functional governance and ensure actionable insights are captured and translated into strategy.
Represent AstraZeneca and advance scientific engagement with external stakeholders across cell therapy programs.
Drive measurement of engagement impact on clinical development plans and trial delivery.
