Job summary

The University of Missouri invites applications for a Senior Director position within the KCSourceLink and MOSourceLink programs. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 6 years of experience is required.
• Strong program and project leadership skills are essential.
• Ability to build partnerships with diverse stakeholders and funders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to KCSourceLink and MOSourceLink programs and staff.
• Manage operations and staff to connect entrepreneurs to support resources.
• Convene constituencies, including entrepreneur support organizations, entrepreneurs, funders and others to connect the ecosystem.
• Identify gaps within the network of support and lead cross-organization collaborations to grow the ecosystem.
• Seek and apply for grant opportunities, track progress and report to funders.
• Oversee budgets.
• Oversee marketing strategy and planning.
• Oversee presentations and program representation at community events and media engagements.
• Manage data and survey systems and regularly report progress toward goals.
• Manage annual Global Entrepreneurship Week in the Kansas City region.
• Provide guidance to constituencies concerning programs and projects offered across the state.
• Continually learn about entrepreneurship to best serve entrepreneurs and influence action.
