Job summary

ENFRA seeks a Director of Business Services to partner with five EVPs across ISD functions, delivering enterprise programs with speed and precision. The role will lead a small team of Business Analysts and Associates to support the President and EVPs, enabling senior leaders to focus on strategy.

You will drive strategic initiatives, synthesize data for board materials, and ensure accountability and collaboration through robust governance and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Admin, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 20+ years of progressive leadership in large, complex, project-driven industries (energy, infrastructure, engineering & construction, utilities).
• Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide initiatives across multiple executive domains.
• Strong strategic thinking, structured problem solving, and program management skills.
• Executive-level communication and influence for C-suite and board audiences.
• Experience leading small, high-performing teams of analysts or project professionals.
• Deep familiarity with capital project delivery and corporate services in a large matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive the definition, coordination, and execution of portfolio-wide strategic initiatives and transformational programs across functions.
• Aggregate inputs to build executive deliverables (board materials, strategy updates, business reviews, investor presentations).
• Synthesize operational and financial data into actionable recommendations.
• Maintain an enterprise view of the multi-billion-dollar portfolio with milestones, metrics and risk indicators.
• Lead a small team of analysts and associates supporting the President and EVPs, establishing collaboration processes.
