Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Senior Director, Corporate Security to establish and mature an enterprise security program and governance framework. Reporting to the Chief Legal Counsel, the leader will coordinate risk, standards, and preparedness across a large, distributed organization.

The role requires a strategic, player‑coach mindset to advise executives while remaining hands‑on to manage incidents, investigations, and threat assessments, building a culture of resilience and optimized security

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with strong security background.
• Proven ability to translate risk into business actions.
• Experience advising executives and building enterprise programs.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead enterprise security governance framework with clear accountability.
• Develop enterprise security policies, standards, and minimum-security requirements.
• Coordinate security risk management across units, functions, and locations.
• Lead Threat Assessment Team and workplace violence prevention efforts.
• Oversee crisis management governance, activation criteria, and response procedures.
• Establish security standards for access control, video, badges, and related tech.
