Job summary

Google is seeking a Principal Director Product Manager to drive the OCR product strategy and roadmap, unifying identity, access, detection and response. You will lead security guardrails to enable developer velocity and balance user experience for Google and its employees.

This role requires deep security framework knowledge and the ability to influence senior leaders across Alphabet, shaping cybersecurity thought leadership externally with the CISO and industry peers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of product management experience.
• 15 years delivering roadmaps, launches, and influencing orgs.
• 15 years in global, multi-product organizations.
• 10 years in cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Drive product vision, strategy and roadmap for OCR security initiatives.
• Influence cross-functional leaders across Alphabet and external security communities.
• Lead security guardrails enabling developer velocity and secure productivity.
• Shape roadmaps balancing user experience for Google and Googlers.
• Monitor emerging threats and integrate into standards and frameworks.
