Job summary

Google’s Core Product Security organization seeks a Principal Director Product Manager to drive the OCR product strategy and roadmap. This role serves as a bridge across identity, access, detection, and response, ensuring a unified security approach that balances user experience for Google and Googlers.

The PM will lead strategy and implementation of guardrails to enable developer velocity, requiring deep security expertise and the ability to influence leaders across Alphabet while shaping

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of product management experience.
• 15 years of experience delivering roadmaps, directing product launches, and writing/influencing organizations.
• 15 years of experience working in global, technical organizations with multiple product lines.
• 10 years of experience in cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for OCR in conjunction with the PM team.
• Inspire innovation that results in product transformation and improves security metrics.
• Partner with SWE, Security Engineering and leaders across Google to deliver security capabilities.
• Build and drive the strategy for the next generation security paradigm for an Agent-First world.
• Shape secure AI strategy and align with internal standards and industry frameworks.
