Job summary

Frontera in San Francisco seeks a senior partnerships leader to own a multi-channel portfolio—integrated pediatric behavioral health, MCOs, schools and government programs—and convert relationships into signed agreements and pilots.

You will travel ~60% in market development, build a small partnerships team over time, and collaborate with the CCO, clinical and product leaders to deploy Frontera’s AI-enabled services and drive revenue growth. SF salary range: $170,000–$200,000 plus incentives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, enterprise sales, or market development.
• Demonstrated track record of closing and operationalizing complex enterprise partnerships.
• Deep familiarity with Medicaid managed care and health system decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the partnership lifecycle from initial outreach to signed agreements and pilots.
• Develop and monetize partnerships across pediatric behavioral health, MCOs, and government entities.
• Coordinate with clinical operations, product, and finance to operationalize partnerships into revenue.
