Role OverviewFrontera is hiring a Staff Product Manager to lead our expansion into a repeatable, sellable product for enterprise and provider partners. We prove new agentic care models inside our own clinics before we build them into technology for the broader market. You'll own the discipline of turning what's proven into a product other organizations can run on, backed by clinical outcomes data no point‑solution vendor can replicate.
What You’ll OwnFrontera's advantage isn't just our technology. It's the proprietary dataset and clinical outcomes we generate by operating our own care alongside our AI platform. This role is where that advantage becomes a product: you'll take what we prove works for children and families inside our clinics and turn it into something the broader market can access. Getting this right is what turns Frontera from a single‑vertical operator into a category‑defining platform company.
